  • Because each book is printed to order, returns and cancellations are not generally accepted unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact IngramSpark (or the retailer platform through which you purchased) directly with your order details and photos within 14 days of delivery.

  • Replacement copies or refunds for defective books are issued at IngramSpark’s discretion, in line with their customer service policy.
